I am interested in this project and anyone who has booked already share some info on how good is the builder/construction quality and any view on roof -top swimming pool. will there be any problem because of that in future? How much it will cost for registration and other expenses approximately?

Yes Mr.Srinivasan it is worth to invest. M/S LANCOR started a project in nanganallur recently LANCOR COURTYARD the rate is Rs 8500 /ft . Do you beleive this? So,Saligramam makes a lot of difference and resale value will be very good after 3 years. For your informationI already booked a flat in Horizon and I am not promoting this project.

Hello friends,
Yes it is nearly 90% vasstu complaint which is practically difficult for any builder for apartments and as per the vaastu experts 60% to 80% vaastu complaint is good for buying apartments and the project also offers all the modern amenities. The price was Rs 6500 before six months now it is Rs 7200 even though this rate is reasonable when comparing with Krishna constructions because their rate was Rs 7500 before six months that too for few flats available which is not upto our satisfaction.

Mr.Subramanium, you can go for a flat in horizon residences because before booking this I gone thro and had personal visit to mallies velachery,kalpataru,koyampedu,olympia,pallavaram,
bellavista,chlorophil,porur,jain westminster,tivoli gardens,arunachalam road,saligramam. I booked this after discussion with my friends they also suggested like Mr.Alex stephen who has replied here. Let us hope for best by god's grace.
