Can someone please give information about Akila Heights, Sembakkam. Did anyone book a flat here..? Is it approved by CMDA? When is the possession date?

The project got all the statutory clearence by CMDA and expected date of possession will be December'2015.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs.3700-4500/sq-ft whereas the avg. price is Rs. 4150/sq-ft.

they have not started anything there, I have visited there site and also they have increased the price which is against my booking order, reason was not given properly, beware of asvini...
