Do I have to pay charges to any authority?

Q: I was allotted flat E404 in 2006. Can anybody advise whether I need registration with AUDA or any authority?

Since I was allotted flat by the Co-op Society, do I have to pay any registrartion charges to any authority?

The Registration Fees is 1% on the value of the document to be registered.

Hi Anuj, I think you will have to pay for registration and as usual you will have to get it registered..

Anuj, please check with other residents of that apartment or enquire about this in apartment's association for advice..

Hi Anuj, as far as I know there are different types in this.. But have you paid full payment for the flat and have you received sales deed?
