Q: I am planning to buy property in Dedhia Elita (Dedhia Group) next to Hypercity.. Want to know the credentials of the builder and also the conditions of Ghodbunder Road regarding Water problem and Forest Land?

Dedhia Elita project includes a 23 storeyed lifestyle tower & 7 storeyed eco-homes.. It offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK AC Homes.. The project location is close to Ghodbunder Road, which is a very important road.. Also it is near to Thane to railway station.

Is the project being built over forest land then? Any issue with the land? Can someone please update on this?

Hey Ganesh, the plan of the project looks excellent.. It is situated in off GB road, which is a good location.
