Power cut issue in Sushant Lok

Q: Hi all, is there no end to frequent power cut issue in Sushant Lok 1?

How bad is this issue currently ? What is the average frequency and duration of power cuts these days?

It has been a serious issue. I a heard lot about the problems faces by residents of Sushant lok. Few days back, residents of Sushant Lok phases 2 and 3, spread across sectors 55, 56 and 57 held a protest outside the developer's (Ansal Buildwell) maintenance agency office at C block in sector 56. The protesters demanded immediate handover of maintenance rights to the Municipal corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) or their respective resident welfare associations(RWAs).

At the time of bookings, the developer had promised to provide uninterrupted power supply but failed.. So the residents are very irritated..

What has the developer told to solve this problem? Has he agreed to sub station proposal?

Also they have threatened that if in 3 months the developer fails to set up sub-station, then power supply will be snapped..
