Rajarhat was the most popular location for supply of affordable housing excluding the New Town areas. As a growing commercial centre, Rajarhat is one of the most coveted growth corridors of Kolkata. Kolkata's real estate market is currently plagued by the wait-and-watch mode of homebuyers, a surge in supply of properties in the popular ticket price is expected to push sales volumes up.
