Q: Have visited the flats already.. Existing owners, please help me if it's a good buy? Any cons and major issues from builders?

I feel it is a good buy.. The builder has good reputation and there are many good projects by the group..

Hi Tushar.. there are both positive and negative feedbacks on this builder.. and I should say, that's common for all the builders..
