Q: I have booked a flat last year in Krishna Ikon. Is there any burial ground nearby? Is there any water problem in that area? How much rent it will fetch for 1410 sq ft 3bhk flat at Krishna Ikon.

I have seen the project Krishna Ikon by SVS builder. I liked the project and it is ready to move in. The builder is giving Occupancy Certificate and Commencement Certificate and I feel the construction quality is good.

Since the builder quota is over, I am in touch with agents for the land owner's quota - They are quoting 4700 per sq. ft + reg. They are not negotiating even a single rupee saying that it is a pool facing flat. If anybody is dealing with the land owner quota, please provide some inputs. Also, I could not find any reviews about completed projects by SVS builders and their quality of construction. Please share any inputs on the same. Request you to share your contact details, if possible.

it is graveyard which was mentioned the plan as well. do you think Billionaires do not cheat in India ?
also mind your language in public forum, everybody has right to express thei feeling.
now check with customers how many of them really happy. is the landower is ready to give vAT receipt ? where is the transperancy on VAT collection.

also be careful when you buy from owner quota, seems they are selling the same flat to multiple people and confirming to the highest paid customer. supposed today they will sell for 2.9k psft and after on / two e week somebody ready to buy for 3.1k then they will confirm the flat to the new customer and will cancel the deal to other customer.

And one more thing u said graveyard right ie is not graveyard its just an memorial for land owners parents...which builder will offer no deviation apartment for 3k the people who booked an apartment there now realising how good investment it is....just in 3 months 400 rs has been appreciated,

yes there is private burial ground adjacent to this project. you guys may feel this is temple by looking at shanku and chakra on the Arche. please go to north east corner ( left most in the end - Block II , B-wing left end ). check thoroughly and let me know what you find there. also you ask old krishna apartment guys about water shortage, theya re getting watter from tanks. you can see they have opened open water in-let pipe to out side of the apartment to facilitate the water supply from the tankers. do your self research and observation before you commit for any thing.

Burial ground is there in Shanthinagar which is 9kms away from Old airport road.
