Q: Flat no. A210 of Supriyo Misra: Calculation of MR. Gunjur is incorrect as I am getting feedback from a lawyer of Bangalore. Kindly send the correct charges.

builders calculation --total cost of flat 48.88.000/,stamp duty 5.6% -- 273730/,registration charges 48880/,vat 5% -- 244400/,service tax --234624/ total -- 801634/
my lawyer calculation govt approved rate at vrr lake view 1800/per sq.ft. 1800 multiplied by 1535 sq.ft. of flat -- 27.63.000/is on which stamp duty and registration charges has to be paid @6.6% and on vat,service tax will be paid on 27.63.000/ as per govt. rule.
