my lawyer calculation govt approved rate at vrr lake view 1800/per sq.ft. 1800 multiplied by 1535 sq.ft. of flat -- 27.63.000/is on which stamp duty and registration charges has to be paid @6.6% and on vat,service tax will be paid on 27.63.000/ as per govt. rule.
