Is there any legal issue with Larica Township project Barasat?

Q: This is regarding the homeloan options.
I've already booked one flat, but facing too much hurdle in getting loan.
Most of the leading financing institution like HDFC, ICICI, AXIS are already refused my application as this project is not approved with their institution. When contacted with the sales Rep. at larica's part they are found not ready to help on this. HDFC has already informed me as they have already denied 31 applications for Larica and their system is showing as legal issue, I'm worried whether going in right direction or not. If their property is clear, why they are not tying up with these leading privet lenders.

Thanks Biswanath for your comments, I have already discussed with the sales people, but they are offering me very less number of options, only 2 financial inistution they have named, those who are approving this project, But the rate of interest is very high in their case coampare to other banks, I'm not sure what to do at this stage. Go or nogo dilemma.

@Babai, You should join the Owners group and get in touch with other owners of Larica Township and discuss on the same.

Hi Babai, If the financial institution is not giving home loan for this project then the sales people should help you out with the home loan. Did you check with the other owners if they are facing the same problem?
