Very limited space for various activities

Q: I had been to August Park at C V Raman Nagar. Good Luxury apt however it doesn't have a proper 'CLUB HOUSE'. Very limited space. I heard the residents say that they don't have proper space for various activities for kids, adults! It puts me in a fix as I was interested in duplex. Any help?

August Park is one of the new residential developments in CV Raman Nagar neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the ongoing projects of August Ventures Pvt Ltd. The landscape is beautiful with spacious 3 Blocks and over 142 Houses.

Hi Kimaya, if you are in dilemma, then why don't you buy some other flats in the surrounding areas...
