When will I get possession of my flat?

Q: I have booked 2bhk flat with Neptune Swaraj builders Ambivali. But I dont kw what is wrong with him. We are not getting possession as promised by builder.

Pls help, what should I do, I heard work is also paralyzed. When will I get my flat??

My father is old and he is panic. Where will he stay if builder has stopped building construction work and what about our money?
