I had checked them earlier too.. but I do now why is the price less.. may be the owner wants to sell it of quickly for some reason or may be there's some work pending in that flat. You can send your contact details to the owner using the form given besides the listing (above link). And the owner will call you then you can ask him the reason..

The builder is new to India..they have 2-3 ongoing projects in various places in India.. so we can't comment on the quality as of now. But it is heard that the firm has good name in UK.

SKM Refcon Private Ltd. is a division of SKM Corporation, UK. Riviera Greens (Hapur) and Satyam Township (Jaipur), which are few ongoing projects by the same developer..

SKM Cambrian Forest is one of the recent residential developments in Sector 95 neighborhood of Gurgaon. It is among the ongoing projects of SKM Refcon Private Limited. The project offers 2/3/4 BHK apartments covering an area ranging from 1125 sq ft to 2875 sq ft.
