Q: Builder got approval for 4 flats only from corporation. Ground floor for parking, 1st floor 2 flats, 2nd floor 2 flats. However, he constructed one more flat at ground floor, which is not in the approval. But I am buying the flat 2nd floor, but in future, if the corporation comes and find the ground floor, will they ask the builder / owner to demolish the full building or only the ground floor which is not in approval? Latest Answer: According to me, it is not safe to buy a property in this project as he has illegally constructed a flat in ground floor which was kept for parking. In this kind of projects you may face problem in the future if anything went wrong. Where the owners are going to keep their cars? Is the builder charging for car parking?
