Ramky builders are trustble as far as i know, i have invested in two projects of ramky and i have no issues till now. I suggest you to do all the necessary background checks, they have number of projects running currently.

Before buying property in any project frist check for the building quality, previous projects, timely delivery.

Hello Dogeshwar, Check for the sale deed of land NOC from all government departments such as Electricity, Water etc, building plan approvals and most important track record of developer.

Hey all.. I have also heard of mixed responses regarding Ramky group. But it is better to do legal verification before investing. Also as Saran has told how to confirm whether it is worth buying or not..

Hi guys.. do not completely believe on what you have heard and lose a good deal from your hands. It's always better to decide by yourself after meeting the builder, keenly observing things, making some research, meet residents of Ramky projects and so on..

I have come across both positive and negative reviews regarding Ramky builders.. Some people say the builder and the construction quality are very good while some say not to buy form this builder. I'm confused which to consider..
