They are telling that they have got approval, but how to trust.. I have read some negative reviews about this project saying that project is delayed due to approvals and also amenities are planned on a land which is meant for BDA park only.. so I am confused.. I think it's better to get all the documents verified clearly before investing in the project.

Hi Arul, I too have checked that listing which is posted by the owner of that flat. But I am not sure whether they have really got the approval.. are you planning to buy flat there?

Tirumala Enclave is one of the residential developments in Varthur neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the Ongoing Projects of Tirumala Construction. The project comprises of around 40 housing units.
