Q: The builder has cheated us,he have illegally have built 4 flats without any approvals,take care.

The Name of builder is Nihit Garodia and he runs company in several names -- Nihit Enterprises,Greenfield Infratech Limited,etc.

You should talk with the builder of the project and ask him to rectify the leakage problem.
