Current price per sq ft in Nallagandla

Q: Planning to buy a 2BHK in nallagandla. Its not a gated community. Individual apartment. What is the avg price per sq ft there right now?

i agree with pavan varma. what he said is real prices in nallagandla.. recently i have booked one flat with aastha avenues in their fourth venture. i am impressed with their professionalism and quality of construction and amenities.

i think a normal apartment they are selling for 2250 ,But aparna is selling for 3000 psft on the upcomming project cyberzon which they were selling commune for 2700 with amenities last year which places the base price as 2250 last december ready to move in which now cyberzon which will be ready by 2015 selling for 3000 west to 3100 east ,ramky is starting its new project ramky one kosmo for 2750 psft ready by 2015 which is apartment 4.5 acers 430....

Hey Anusha, The price of 2bhk flat in Nallagandla will be around Rs 42 lakhs. You can search for 2bhk flats in Amberpet there are the price of flats are little less.

My budget is 27lakhs or at d max 28lakhs with amenities... U can suggest me other areas as well... But i liked nallagandla

Hai all... Thank u soo much for d response... M a complete novice and planning to 2bhk so that my parents can come n settle here.. Other wise i too can stay.. Its approximately opposite to aparna cyber commune... Builder is quoting 2450/- per sq ft... For amenities which include car parking n generator n lift he is charging 2lakhs. This wud be my first n may be only property purchase. So thinking alot

Are there any specific amenities you are looking for? it is 1900 per sq ft for the current market price. A semi-furnished apartments with 2 BHK is 1086 sq. ft.Rs. 28,23,600/-
