Buying a New House in Perumbakkam.

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a House in Perumbakkam (Around Global Hospital).
Can anyone please list out what are the good and bad things about buying a flat in Perumbakkam?

I am seeing flats are built on the stagnant water on the way to Global Hospital from Main Road. Is that advisable to get any flat there?

Ya, there is water logging problem in that locality.. I hope it will be cleared in near future..

Perumbakkam is a good residential locality.. Best suited for people working in Sholinganallur and surrounding areas.

Hi Jayaraman, Perumbakkam is close to IT park.. Also Finance City has been proposed closeby.. so I think it is a good investment..
