Q: Can anybody clarify the status on the additional payment claim by DLF due to saleable area increase, Howcome the area increased Now? Do they not work to a approved drawing from CMDA. If there had been a revision in approval, where is the notification to cutomers? When I bought, the Marketing executive clearly mentioned, the prices are firm. Now a claim? Please give if you any feedback on the subject.

Hi Mr.Pillai, without notifying the change to buyers how can the builder change the plan and now charge for more? How much area have they increased per flat now? And what they have charged?
