This is a SAD situation with most of the builders in India. They start with one project, get funds from the clients who book their flats and then proceed with another project. Such builders are not able to focus on what was started and they spoil the trust that the public has with good builders. This project by Jomer has delayed for many years and just imagine the plight of investors who must have got trapped with words of Jomer’s marketing team. Suing these kind of builders is what needs to done. This looks like another Apple situation. I have the same veiw of Krishan

Jomer Symphony is one of the popular residential developments in Vytilla neighborhood of Kochi. It is among the well known Projects of Jomer Properties & Investments Pvt Ltd.

The builders Jomer Claims to be trusted and reliable but this needs to be proved by thier work. We hear that Jomer Symphony has a dealy of more than 3 years which is cheating the public.
