Has PNB filed some suit against Ittina Mahaveer Property?

Q: I heard some litigation is on this project, PNB has filed some suit againt this property, Is it correct ?

PNB case on Ittina is still ongoing. Nobody is giving details as there is pressure from the builder. Builder still has to sell a few flats after which all HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE !!!

Nobody got the guts to go against the builder. 5th floor construction is illegal and can be broken down.. however even 5th floor was mortgaged to PNB and other lenders.

Now.. tell me how the issue will progress... it is very clear.. once the last lot of flats are sold out.. then builder can wash his hands and go away.. whether PNB comes are takes hold of the property or whether 5th floor is broken down.. builder will notbe bothered.

Hi guys. there is no such issue with Ittina Mahaveer currently.. There were several problems earlier and thats why project completion was delayed.. But now buyers have taken possession of their flats and living happily.
