Pavement area has been encroached

Q: Pankaj Arcade in DWARKA NEW DELHI, Shop owner of G-1 G-2 Plot No 7, sector 11, pocket 4 has encroached the pavement which is meant for people to walk.. you must take action as it is the responsibility of builder to see, since it has not been on freehold. Must take action or WE shall move to DDA and get the entire building sealed.
