Still Dream Sairam land has not yet registered??

Q: dreamz has removed the board from the land area of dreamz sairam and also they have not registered the land. Lot of doubts.. please help in this regard who has booked the flat in DREAMZ SAIRAM.

Hi Sandeep,

I had made the booking last week, and received some documents relating to the property today from Dreamz. The document contains a land sale agreement where Dreamz has purchased the land from the previous buyers. Just wondering if this should be enough. I am yet to consult a lawyer and so not sure of the legalities.

Hi Sandeep, I am also worried about this.. I had planned to invest in this project, but due to few clarifications pending I am keeping it on hold.. I do have good opinion about Dreamz group. Can someone post reviews please?
