Interested in buying a 2BHK resale flat in Prestige Palms.

Q: I am interested in buying a 2BHK resale flat in prestige palms. I heard that khatha is not issued for the entire prestige palms project. Can anyone tell me the reason why it was not given and when it would be given (in future)? Also it should be great if someone can tell what is the risk involved in buying this property?

Yes owners dont have any khata...I dont know the problem..but it seems buider has not give the khata yet..
Even buiding has lot of cracks its not very old apartment.The reason of cracks is not known.
