Yes..All buyers are cheated by this builder and no ethics and but talks Big to influence buyers !! Be aware !!

Hi All

Even the promised carpet area is now reduced.
The original carpet area for 1600 sft (KIngston xxx8) was supposed tobe 33ft by 32ft and the balcony 11ft by 5ft, However now as per theactual plan it is now 32ft 7.5 inches by 31ft 7.5 inches and the balcony is only 11ft by 4.6 inches. So there will be a net reduction of ~50 sft in terms of super built up area (38 sft in terms of carpet area). It means all the buyers of 1600 sft flat will be losing ~50 sft but need to pay for it. We were told that these changes are a common feature and do not expect any compensation.
Contemplating consumer protection court.

This is Sudhan and I have the same issue, They are big time Cheaters and the agreements are all one sided agreements. They are fradulant people and case is running in Hyderabad Consumer court and I bet the decision will open their eyes and complaints has been released to Media with Proof of their agreement and how they voilated..

It is my wish that no one would undergo the same trouble like me..

I am also victim from a-z they cheat and alter the schedule and delayed the possession for two years and i have paid 48% up front and and paid up 95% in one year time already but still no clear and confirmed hand over timelines?
