Unjustified rate

Q: The rate of 1 BHK Vasind is around 4000 sq. ft. I would like to confirm that is this rate justified with the location like Vasind. Since the place is not well developed, I think Tata's are charging very high.

hi..i have an apartment at shubh griha vasind, 363 carpet i think the built up area is around 484 sq.ft, i am willing to sell it for Rs. 4000 psf., let me know if anyone is interested, rgds _ vidhiyan

hi jalaj....i think these Tata people are charging high because this location is just 80 kms far from Mumbai...also
it is conveniently located 1.5 kms from Vasind station on Central Lineand, close to Shahapur and Kalyan/Bhiwandi junction with direct access to Mumbai-Nashik Highway (NH3). I even heard about the novel amenities and facilities and nearby service . Are you planning to buy a flat there...???
