Builder demanding huge amount before possession

Q: Dear All E-home owners, I received a letter from builder regarding the possession of the FLATS , he is asking for a very big amount of delayed payment ( between booking to home loan sanctioning ). Can any body advise me against this harrassment and help me in taking possession for my flat ?
