Is this ancestral property?

Q: My grandmother died recently without any will. The property has been divided between her 2 sons and 1 daughter. My father and aunt gave the power of attorney to my chacha to sell it. Property is still as it is but poa was given near abt 20yrs. ago.

As far as I know ancestral property has to be a chain of documents proving your Clear Title to the property and there should be a document to prove your father's ownership to the property.

You can ask your share in ancestral property but for that file suit for partition and separate possession in civil court.
