VGN Platina Handover delay with unacceptable reasons

Q: You are started Platina Appartment Projects on July 2010 and you were committed to handover by Dec 2011 (As per the agreement date is July 2012 with grace period of 3 months) . Till now you have not handover the flat to me. Whenever i approach regarding this issue you will keep on deferring by giving unacceptable reasons .Last week I got a mail from you extending handover date to the end of April 2013 .But i can't trust your words, I surely know that you will defer with a reason again in the Month of April 2013. Please don’t give any more non valuable reasons, kindly understand the customers situations.

I have visited that site, EB is big problem. STp still not ready. none of the villa house has fully completed. No sign of road. Some Contractors moved away. Only available is mason for my house.

I am another owner, i am already havinf a tussle whihc is going to be a scuffle very soon.

I am paying Emi around 12k, Rent 7K. If you have seen the entire web sites, all are pricing this builder. I dont understand this. Someone please sue them all, Irritating the poor ones.
