HI, I plan to book a flat in Padmalaya

Q: Upto my knowledge this project is not started from June( I am seeing their Advertisement from June onwards). Can any one tell me when they have started this project and why still they haven't start this project.

Absolutely True BRO.
I have booked in Padmalaya and still no progress found for the past few months.
When asked, they give a false promotions and promises.
I am stuck now by paying the EMI due to this delays..
We should join to gether to find the right path to get the truth behind this delay.

HI All,

This is Mukundan (Working in IT Firm), recently i visited the site and there is no progress from last seven months and I am really frustrated on seeing the construction progress for Padmalaya, still they are at the 6th floor for Block A and 5th floor for Block B and 4th floor for Block C and 1st Floor for Block D and also they have not started for Block P & Q. The builders and customer service teams are fooling us with false commitments. My Uncle is a Justice @ High court, So no more waiting for the builders commitments, i am going to take this issue to him. if needed join me to get our Voice towards Padmalaya. mail me at mukundan.sap85@gmail.com with Subject as PADMALAYA BUYERS.

Hi Kamal, Last I heard from them is 5th floor completed for Blocks A, B & C and 2nd floor completed for Block D.

Hi Karthik, They are at 5th floor roofing at present for Block A, B, C, D.. Also they are going to start basement for Block P & Q on Jan 2015.. But my worries are, whether they will complete all of the blocks on mentioned date (i.e March 2016) or not ? Also the customer service is really not worthy of asking about the progress to them.. But compared to many other projects, i found these builders are selling at very reasonable price with good quality and best architecture.. Mukundan

Real Value Padmalaya approved by DTCP. The model flat is already built in the site for visitors. The plans and the video of the project are available in the website. This project is spread on 8.5 acres of land and In phase 1 & 2 there are 4 blocks A & B, C & D for which booking are open. They are ready to hand over this project till Dec 2017.
