Hi, I have booked a flat in Rudra palace heights (Greater Noida, West)It is still not approved from any bank.Any suggessions for me ?

Q: I tried to cancel the booking year back when the disputes were going on. but now i think everything is clear and keeping it for a while now. But concerned about the home loan as i have to get loan of 80% on it. Already paid 20% from my side.

Hi Rohit, what kind of dispute the project went through? As per my knowledge HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd banks have approved the project. Yet you can still check with owner. You can join onwers group of Rudra palace heights (Greater Noida, West)
