@ Nitesh, I think these issues are not making these areas much less liveable as buyers are equipped to compromise in lieu of the culture or lifestyle quotient that these locations offer.
Some more challenges that i think area comprise too i.e 1. The driving distance to Hinjewadi from Baner and Aundh is roughly 1/2 hour throughout the morning place of work timings. 2. The Phase-2 Road and the crossing close to Sakhare Vasti Road are traffic bottlenecks. 3. The traffic on Hinjewadi Road remains heavy during most part of the days which adds to the woes of the daily travelers.
