Q: I am planning to purchase a 2 BHK flat in Honey Dew by Aakriti Builders (Near Aliens Space station, Tellapur). How good is this property from investment point of view?
How reputed is the builder?
Is the location good enough for good price appreciation?

Thanks for information.I thought of buying in Honeydew as they are saying Rs. 1950/sq.ft and possession by June 2014.Can you please let me know if you paid for Honeydew or some other venture of their's?I just wanted to understand the actual issue in those ventures.

hi, i request everyone to plz stay far from this project, and another 3 projects that is sankalp homes, crr lakeview villa and tirumula arcade ,as there are big frauds, i have invested my money with these guys and its been more than 3 yrs and they have not completed the project, in fact none of there projects are completed. but when spoken they talk very high and make fools of us. and especially this guy named monaj is big lair, dont take his words seriously as he talks very well, but once u have signed the agreement he never calls u, nor lifts his mobile or is available to talk!! infact i request more guys to come forward and share there views, let people know how big fraud this company aakriti builders is!!
