Regarding ND Laurel Possession Date

Q: Hi,

The constructions for ND Laurel is going very slowly, as u can see 1 year is left from the possession date Dec'-2013.
I would like to know, is still ND Developers meet their commitment for delivering in time or three months of extra time?

Hi, I checked with Mr. P at ND. He told construction is going slow by about 2-3 months as it is ground work and all.
He mentioned that they would be able to pick up in coming months.

Thanking you for a quick answer,I have booked a flat in Laurel Prj, B-block since Apr-2011.
as i have seen since last 6~8 months only ground floor and basement has done so, i have a question in my mind for the same.
I would like to know , whether u people also have booked in the same ND Developers,Laurel prj?
