What is the right procedure and how much will it cost me?

Q: I have Bought a property in Hosur (Tamil Nadu) and realized an error in schedule after registration. What is the right procedure and how much will it cost me? please advice.

Developer sold the property to Mr.A and from Mr.A we bought the property in Hosur.. We did not realize the error in the schedule of the sale deed during registration.
We found out after 2 years about the same, Thus we tried querying about the procedure for the same correction but not getting proper information regarding the same.

Kindly help by advising the right procedure and expenses involved.

AS i said the correction is only in schedule of the property ie; in present sale deed the North schedule is mentioned in South and Same error in EASt to West.
AS of the lawyer is concerned in Tamil Nadu its the Writer who does all these registration documents and other formalities is what we have been told.

Can you tell me what correction is needed now? May be I can give you a rough estimate. To know about cost it is better to contact a lawyer only.. And its better to contact two-three lawyers and take advise and then hire the best among them.
