Hi Chandan, I am not interested in Gota Road as I have to invest it for 3-5 years and expecting good appriciation which may not give in Gota area. What you suggest ??

Hello goru..i have good news to share..just read somewhere that Gota road in Ahmedabad is offering very affordable project...it matches you budget too. why don't you try that area..??

Hey Goru ..The Meadows Gokuldham offers 3 and 4 bhk apartments. The price of apartments here start from Rs 65,00,000 onwards. Have you checked other projects??

Yes, I am interested in Gokuldham Project. it has only two 7 storied building. Not big project but looks good in terms of rooms space and location is near Raysan. What is current rate per Vaar or Sq. Feet ?
