Q: Hey friends, I am planning to invest in Greater Noida West? Is it good in terms of investment or residence? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Anoop, I feel it is good in both the terms, i.e for investment as well as residence.. So in which project you wish to buy flat in Greater Noida West?

Hi Anoop, it is good to invest in Greater Noida West because the location is good and the rates are low compared to Noida and other developed areas.. Metro facility has been proposed in Gr Noida west. But it may take around 6-7 years to be completed. Currently it is chaos-free, the area is newly developing so it will be having better infrastructure. There are many advantages for buying in this region..
