Latest Answer: Yes Anoop, from April 1st all the properties can use water only if they have fixed meters.. otherwise the AMC will take action against them. I think it may take off the connection temporarily or so..

Latest Answer: Not possible the banks will be at huge risk if they do so :)

Latest Answer: You can go to sub-registrar office, its guidance value is very less compared to what we are registering at, if we just go with the govt guidance value we can save good amount

Latest Answer: Hyderabad is a good place to invest. it is growing very quickly. it is compared to Bangalore nowadays. I have been working in Hyderabad for the past 2 years in IBM. at first, I tried to work out with renting a house but then the thought of investing in plots in Hyderabad. I personally check out many projects and came to a conclusion of buying a plot instead of buying an apartment or bungalow. buying a plot is better it gives you a freedom of choice. I did the same. after a thorough research, i decided to go with the House of Hiranandani. other companies like sandstone paradise, siyora royal court are good but they don't meet the standard as Hiranandani. When I researched hirnandani it was pretty good. Their papers were correct and very transparent people. they even helped me with loan and what kind of plot should I invest in. now currently I am planning a 3BHk to build perfect for me, my brother and my parents and we wil leave some space so that we can construct in future if we want.

Latest Answer: Hi Anoop...the road that residents of Nolambur constructed on their own is not in a good state.There is no proper road which connects Nolambur area to the main road. I think they are planning to reconstruct it. Its a good initiative by the residents but i think corporation is asking for permission. They even dug bore wells in the complex for drinking water.
