Q: Hi...any owner of Akshay Homes...they are not sharing any details of DTCP & other approvals. although they claim that. What other details should be confirmed ?

Hi lokesh..it is best to check approvals of BBMP, BDA, approvals from Banks, UDS and other USP factors . Make sure you collect all proofs for any future use. The price of apartment (1060 sq ft) is around 36 to 37 lakhs.
