Hi Jamuna and Shailja....
But it is very difficult to get a residential apartment on rent within 15000/month as it is a very costly city which is close to Delhi/NCR region. But, if you can adjust with outer of the city then you can get a flat or room on rent under your budget easily. Something that matters a lot while renting a flat, room or apartment is the legalities and that can be done easily by contacting with the landlord directly.

Hi everybody!!!
Are there any good societies to stay near Sector-21, Gurgaon?
Jamuna sikhri

Hello Jamuna!!!
It depends on the budget, and availability. Nearest society to Sector-21 is Gurgaon One, which has rented apartments costing up to Rs.60000/month. It is opposite Hotel Hyatt on the Maruti or Old Delhi Gurgaon Road, and about-1 KM to Sector 21. If you venture into Palam Vihar there are societies where flats are available between 25–35k/month. These are gated societies with residential towers i am referring to.

Hi Mr Amit,
I agreed with you comment, according to me, The general public opinion is that the cost of living in New Gurgaon is even higher than in Delhi which is metropolitan and capital city of India. So one tends to spend more and save less by staying in Gurgaon.

Yes Nishant, that's right. In my point of view, Gurgaon is known as the millennium city of India. The new Gurgaon is decades old development and is now the corporate and MNC hub of India. The city has experienced a real estate boom in the past few years and there has been a sudden influx of new population in Gurgaon.

What i felt about this city is cost of living is high. The cost of living in a city is directly proportional to the paying capacity of its residents. Gurgaon came up in such a way that young IT Professionals and affluent working class are ready to pay more for products and services that are available at lesser cost in other places. These people directly associate price with quality and are ready to pay extra bucks for higher standards.

Hi Guys,
As per my knowledge, Sector 42 & 45 are most ideal sectors in Gurgaon. Located between HUDA city centre metro station and Sohna Road, these HUDA sectors primarily carries with it cluster housing societies and planned developments, the latter forming nearly 70-80 per cent of the world. Sector 42 and Sector 54 are the highest performers during this stretch, witnessing an increase of 138 and 123 per cent in residential values severally in recent years.

Hi Gaurav,
The primary reason for a rise in values here is that the convenience of land. whereas earlier, HUDA plots were offered here at modest rates, currently values have reached peak levels of regarding Rs 20,000 per square foot or additional. Gurgaon, that started being developed as associate degree industrial and knowledge technology hub regarding 30 years past, is currently seen because the dream destination for investors yearning for extraordinary property returns.

Hi guys,
As per my knowledge, Gurgaon is becoming one of the most expensive places to stay in the country. There has been a consistent rise in DLF societies including DLF City, DLF City Phase-II, DLF City Phase-III and DLF City-Phase V. Of these, DLF City and DLF City Phase II have witnessed a high rise in capital values respectively in year 2014 compared to year 2010.

Hi,
The top 10 most expensive localities in Gurgaon are Sector-42, Ambience, Central Park - 1, Sector-41, Golf course Road, Sector-53, DLF City Ph-5, DLF City Ph-2, Sun City and DLF City.

DLF City is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, on the south-western periphery of New Delhi. It is part of Delhi Metropolitan Area and a significant real estate player in the National Capital Region (NCR). Its strategic importance lies in its close proximity to the domestic and international airports. It is also well connected to south, central and western Delhi through NH-8 and Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road.
Harilal

HI,
DLF phase-1 is also the oldest, earlier known as the Qutub Colony (Qutub Enclave). It houses many residential flats and the commercial units of the DLF and other companies. Residential property include condominiums like Silver Oaks, which houses more than 500 families. Being one of the most posh areas, there are many independent bungalows/villas or floors. Price: Plot: Rs 60,000-80,000/sq.yrd.

Hi Mr Harilal,
As per my knowledge, Sector 42 is more developed & better location that sector 53. From investment point of view, sector 42 had shown more increase in price that sector 53.
In year 2009 , the average residential price of sector 42 was 7950/sq-ft. This price showed most hike in year 2012. In year 2014 , average residential price touched 23450/sq-ft.
So my opinion here investment is a good deal.

Hi Mr Harilal,

Yes Suhail. You are right about it. But according to me, Sector 53 is not bad. In year year 2009 , average residential price was 4400/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price was more in year 2013. In year 2014 this price has touched 13200/sq-ft. So with 5 year the price jumped from4400/- to 13200/- , don't you think it is impressive !!!!
