Modi builder fake promises

Q: I have purchased a property from a reputed builder in Hyderabad (Modi Builder), after multiple commitment builder is not making any progress on property. His due date of handing over the apartment is already passed long back, what can be done to get either property or invested money from the builder.

Hello Puru Reddy..getting back money seems bit difficult.. think you should discuss the issue with other owners of the apartments. If the matter becomes too sensitive, knock the doors of court. Anyways what is the project name.??
