When is the expected completion date of the project ? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?

@Rubiya: The expected completion date will be by aug 2014. Banks such as HDFC Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd , State Bank of India , ICICI Bank have approvals for home loans in this project.

Am existing owner. Have taken from SBI. There is an advertisement of ICICI put near entrance mentioning that this is pre-approved by ICICI. In my opinion, SBI is the toughest one to get approval from. So if SBI has approved it, you will be able to get approval from any other bank of your choice.

Hey Pradeep : this project is located in Chevella Road, Raghuram Nagar Colony, Appa Junction. Appa Junction is a very clam & peaceful locality with nice roads and less traffic. Schools like Sri Chaitanya, Gowtham model school, Narayana, Glendale, Krishnaveni are just 5 km from here and Shadan hospital is just 1 km from this location. Very good location :)

Hello Pradeep. this project includes 3bhk villas for Rs. 1.05Cr - Rs. 1.25Cr for 1800 - 2300 sq.ft. The price per sq ft will be Rs 5450 - 5850.
