In the price bracket of 40 lakhs you can look at Bopal, Satellite and Prahlad Nagar in Ahmedabad. You cannot expect return in a short duration in any CAT B towns; however in long term, it might give good results. The appreciation if 5-8% per annum should be decent for a market like Ahmedabad.

Hi Nandakishore, as per my observation the most preferred configurations in the SG Highway are 2 and 3-BHK units. This clearly reflects the demand for apartments.The value of a 2-BHK apartment ranges within Rs 25-45 lakh with sizes of 950-1300 sq ft, while 3-BHK units are available in a range of Rs 40 to 50 lakh with sizes from 1100-1600 sq ft.
