Recently I was visit Bopal area in search of good project as well as visualize area developement and I found that lot of commercial buildings being developed around the main city, builders have now started taking interest in virgin areas, and Ambli Bopal is one of these. Builders like Shree Radha Krishna Group, Ess Gee Sukrut, Aaryan Developers, Shivalik Projects and many others have announced launches of luxurious apartments here with the best amenities.
Hi Nandu , You are right !! Recently the government has sanctioned 4 km BRT corridor from Iskcon to Bopal. Phase II operation of this corridor has started, which will improve Commute between to Ahmedabad city from Bopal. With the BRTS route starting in the area, a lot of development has made its way here which will help residential project too.
Hi Jack, I am not expert but what I think price in Bopal is increasing due to following factor:
1. Floor Space Index (FSI)
2. Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS
3. Proximity to R3 zone
4. Upcoming project

Talking about Bopal road...prices are expected to rise here because many industries will be launched there which in turn will increase the demand of residential projects. On the other hand Makarba, the best part is its location..it gives easy acess to evey place.
