Need Investment advice

Q: Villas in Kompally area or Yapral area. I am looking to buy a 4000 sqft villa and would like to hear your advice on prices, appreciation in the future and overall better investment decision. Aparna/Manbhum/Oorjitha can be used as examples. I am not buying exactly from there.

in yapral there is one villa with 3 bedroom for 1 crore and one villa with 4 bedroom with all modern facilities for 1.4 crore .
