Q: Hi..I am purchasing a 3 bhk flat which is already pre-booked(resale) in Chandigarh. Dealers are offering me deals with high premium and low premium. They are offering other combinations too..but i am in confusion.

Hi Ravi..it completely depends on your budget and purpose.. if you are buying for investment purpose then you should go with the low premium and if you are the end user than you can go for high premium.
