Hi Folks,
The Ahmedabad-Dhaulera Investment Region in Gujarat, and the Shendra-Bidkin Industrial Park near Aurangabad in Maharashtra, are now in a position to start work on basic infrastructure.

The Dholera Special Investment Region is about 100 km from Ahmedabad, and is being developed by the DMIC Development Corporation with Japanese funding of around $4.5 billion.

While the Dholera smart city is being developed as a greenfield city that will use ICT technology for management of amenities such as drainage, traffic and water supplies.

Finally, a cabinet panel has approved building trunk infrastructure for two investment regions along the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor for Gujarat's Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) and Maharashtra's Shendra Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA).

As per the commerce ministry, the cost of work on the Dholera project is estimated to be around Rs.2784.83 crore, work at the Shendra Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA) in the Shendra region of Maharashtra is estimated to cost Rs.1533.45 crore.

yes Goverement is really looking forward to aprove the plan of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and t the agreement will be signed by the state government and Union Ministry of Commerce very soon.It will be a great step towards real estate development in UP areas.
