Hi.Suresh..i heard and found that the real estate market of Hyderabad has gained stability and Kompally is situated in the suburbs of Hyderabad near National Highway 7. This area has well developed infrastructure and also provides good connectivity to major loctions of the city. Personally it is convenient as a residential location.The capital values of apartments in Kompally vary from Rs 2,000 to 2,500 per sq ft.
